Unitech Shyre Ltd designs and manufactures automated precision cleaning, dip coating and inspection systems for production environments where cleanliness and repeatability are critical. The company was founded in 2013 and is part of the Unitech Group.
Every system is engineered in the UK. Design, assembly and test take place at our Brownhills facility in the West Midlands, with fabrication carried out at the group’s Burntwood works. The installed base now stands at more than 90 machines operating on six continents, across ophthalmic, precision optics, medical and orthopaedic, semiconductor, automotive and metal finishing production.
What distinguishes a Unitech Shyre system is the integration of machine, process chemistry and software, engineered together rather than assembled from parts. Process development is carried out in house, and systems are delivered with full IQ, OQ and PQ validation where the application requires it. All machines carry CE marking to the Machinery, Low Voltage and EMC directives.
Support runs for the life of the system: installation and commissioning, operator training, remote diagnostics, scheduled service, spares and process support, worldwide.
