Cleaning systems remove polish, pitch and process residue ahead of coating; coating systems apply hard anti-scratch and related coatings in a single automated, fully enclosed process with servo-controlled handling and full process data capture. All systems suit all lens materials and are specified around throughput, batch size and coating chemistry.
