Speciality Systems

The Unitech Shyre speciality systems range covers the engineered solutions that sit outside our standard cleaning and coating ranges, including automated fluorescent penetrant inspection (FPI) lines, semiconductor wet benches, and fully bespoke process systems built around a customer’s specific application. FPI systems combine integrated cleaning, custom tooling and inspection lighting to deliver non-destructive detection of surface defects to ASTM inspection standards for medical, orthopaedic and automotive components. Where no standard machine fits, our engineers design and build complete process lines to the customer’s specification, from unusual substrates and chemistries to non-standard handling and throughput.
