Unitech Shyre designs and manufactures industrial ultrasonic cleaning systems, cleaning machines and wash tanks in the United Kingdom, from 8 litre compact units to 200 litre tanks. The range runs from benchtop ultrasonic cleaners and strip-rinse units, through automated multi-stage aqueous cleaning machines with infeed and outfeed conveyors, to the high-capacity PC1000+ series. Each system is configured to the parts, the contaminant and the throughput.

Systems are supplied to manufacturers in precision optics, ophthalmic, semiconductor, medical and orthopaedic, automotive, aerospace, precision mechanical, electronics and PCB, and metal finishing, backed by more than 30 years of experience and over 100 installations across six continents.

The range at a glance

• Tank capacities from 8 to 200 litres, per tank. PC20 compact at 8 litres. US14 and US28 benchtop ultrasonic cleaners at 12.5 and 25 litres, with US50, US100 and US200 at 50, 100 and 200 litres. SU200 strip and rinse at 30 litres. The 200 series, HC200, PT200 and PC200, with 10 litre single-position and 20 litre double-position tanks. The high-capacity PC1000+ series, including the PC, TC and PT 1000, 1400 and 1500, above 50 litres.
• Ultrasonic frequencies of 40, 80 and 120 kHz, matched to the contaminant and component.
• Multi-stage automated process: ultrasonic clean, town water rinse, closed-loop deionised water rinse and controlled drying. Most multi-stage machines are supplied with infeed and outfeed conveyors.
• 316L stainless steel, electropolished tanks, fully bunded frames, closed-loop deionised water purification.
• Optional pressurised clean air enclosure delivering Class 100 cleanroom-quality air.
• Recipe-based touchscreen control with batch datalogging, fault diagnosis and remote support.
• Validation and documentation to your requirements.
