The SU200 is a self-contained strip and rinse unit for reclaiming coated lenses and cleaning production tooling. A heated 30 litre ultrasonic strip bath is followed by spray and immersion rinsing, so parts leave the unit clean and residue-free. Built entirely in stainless steel, it accepts HC-series lens carriers or alternative bars, and a lid covers the tanks when the unit is not in use.
Coatings are stripped in the heated ultrasonic bath, where a 450 W sweep-frequency system works the stripping chemistry evenly across the load. Parts then transfer to the rinse tank for spray and immersion rinsing. A gutter overflow surrounds the tanks, built-in level protection and a fill function manage the water, and digital controls set temperature and time.
The SU200 runs from a standard 230 V supply and weighs under 100 kg empty, so it installs without site works and moves with the process. Digital controls keep operation to setting temperature and time, and the covered tanks keep the chemistry clean between runs. It is commonly installed alongside HC-series coating systems as the stripping and reclaim station.
