In order to ensure the quality and safety of these products, it is important to ensure that they are free from contaminants and that any surface defects are detected. Unitech Shyre cleaning and passivating systems eliminate debris, contaminants and bioburdens from the surface of the product and ensures that the surface is clean and safe. Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI) is a non-destructive testing method used to detect surface defects and discontinuities. This system is highly sensitive and can detect even the smallest of cracks and defects in the product surface. Both of these systems are invaluable to the industry and can help to ensure that products are of the highest quality and safe for use.
