Providing a typical 4 stage precision clean process, the PC40 delivers the signature Shyre performance with configurations to meet your needs.

Overview

Cleaning

The cleaning process is fully flexible to allow optimum surface preparation.
Baskets are manually loaded on the left hand side of the machine and unloaded to the right.
The Cleaning stages include automatic temperature and level control and are fitted with Ultrasonics, and particulate filtration.
The final rinse is performed in ultra-pure water generated within the machine.
This robot can perform a dedicated slow drain to remove almost all water from the substrate surface and aid in spot-free drying.
Drain and refill control is all via the HMI.
