The 1000+ series is the large-format end of the Unitech Shyre range: high-throughput industrial ultrasonic cleaning lines developed for mass-production environments and configured to the volume required. Each line is sized and sequenced to the application and delivered as a TC tool cleaning, PT pre-treatment or PC precision clean configuration, with delivered lines including the TC1000, TC1500, PC1400 and PC1800.

Three configurations, one platform

TC tool cleaning lines strip and reclaim production tooling at volume, from coating tooling and lens carriers to jigs, baskets and fixtures returning from downstream processes. PT pre-treatment lines prepare parts ahead of coating and finishing: degreasing pressed and machined components, etch and strip stages for rework, and chemical treatment steps such as brightening and passivation for metal finishing. PC precision clean lines deliver final cleanliness ahead of coating, inspection and assembly for optical, medical and precision mechanical parts. All three are built on the same platform and configured stage by stage, so the line matches the parts, the chemistry and the throughput.

Configured to your process

Every 1000+ line is developed around the process it will run. Stage modules from the standard Unitech Shyre range, heated ultrasonic cleaning at 40, 80 or 120 kHz, agitated rinsing supplied with town, DI or RO water, closed-loop DI polishing and heated drying, are sized and sequenced to the job, and chemical treatment stages are integrated where the process demands them, as on a delivered eleven-stage degrease, rinse and passivation line for industrial metal parts. In-house process development and a trials facility prove the process on your parts before the line is built, and every proposal is issued with a full technical specification and layout drawing.
