Benchtop ultrasonic baths for high performance tool cleaning and ophthalmic lens stripping, built for consistent results with digital accuracy. A full range of standard tank sizes is available, and tanks can be manufactured to bespoke dimensions.
The US14 and US28 are benchtop ultrasonic baths for tool cleaning and ophthalmic lens stripping, sized for use on a bench alongside a production line or as a stand-alone cleaning station. Each tank is fabricated in 316 stainless steel and paired with a sweep frequency ultrasonic system, so cleaning performance stays consistent across the load. Digital controls set process parameters accurately and repeatably, and the build is robust for long service life. The US28 shares the same specification as the US14 in a larger tank, for higher volume work or larger parts. These are the two most widely specified models rather than the whole range: standard tank sizes are available above and below both, and tanks can be manufactured to bespoke internal dimensions where the component, the carrier or the available bench space calls for it.
The sweep frequency ultrasonic system varies the drive frequency continuously across the tank, so cleaning performance stays consistent across the load rather than concentrating at fixed points. Digital controls set the process accurately, so a validated clean repeats run to run. Both models share the same tank construction, control system and process; only the size and power differ between them.
Both models run from a standard 230 V supply, the US14 drawing 3.5 A and the US28 9 A. Empty weight is 12 kg for the US14 and 20 kg for the US28, light enough for bench mounting without special lifting equipment. Digital controls keep operation to setting the process and monitoring the result, and the fabricated stainless steel tank is built for long service life on a busy bench.
The US14 suits smaller components and lower volume work, with a 12.5 litre tank and 200 W of sweep frequency ultrasonics. The US28 doubles the ultrasonic power to 450 W in a 25 litre tank, for higher volume work or larger parts. Construction, controls and process are otherwise identical between the two models; the choice comes down to tank size and throughput.
The US14 and the US28 are our most popular models, and they are not the limit of what is available. Standard tank sizes are offered above and below both models, and a tank can be manufactured to bespoke internal dimensions to suit a particular component, carrier or bench footprint. Ultrasonic power and heater rating are matched to the tank volume in every case, so cleaning performance is consistent whichever size is specified. Tell us the parts, the throughput and the space available, and we will confirm the right size.
