The Unitech Shyre range of automated lens dip coating systems covers spectacle lens production from the entry-level HC20 through to the high-volume HC200. Each machine combines integrated cleaning and dip coating stages in a single automated process, applying hard anti-scratch, photochromic and related coatings in a fully enclosed clean air environment with servo-controlled handling and full process data capture.
